The comfrey plant also known as Knit Bone is legendary for treating wounds and broken bones, degenerated disks and has long been used in herbal medicine. The plant is most often used topically, but oral supplements can be found, though the FDA has warned about the potential dangers of ingesting the herb. how to use

Comfrey oil is derived from the comfrey plant that is grown in the wild. Before applying the oil to the affected area, prepare the area by cleaning it with rubbing alcohol and then apply a hot towel to open up the pores. Massage the oil gently on to the affected area and repeat this 3 times. On completion of the third application, apply a cold towel to close the pores and drive clean blood which will aid the healing process. Now trust God to do the healing.
