How do I place an order?​

Placing an order with Berry Botanicals is simple. Go to the Shop menu and click on the product you'd like to buy, then select your quantity. Note that a minimum order is one box, which contains 24 x 300ml bottles. Click Add to Cart, and once you're done shopping, select View My Cart and proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.

When Do I Need to Pay, and How Is Shipping Calculated?

Payment must be received before your order ships. Shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery location.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

Ordering through our online store is the fastest way to place and track your order. You're also welcome to order by email at order@berrybotanicals.ca. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Square, and PayPal. Canadian customers can also pay by money order or e-transfer.

What Is Your Returns and Refunds Policy?

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we'll cover the cost of the return and issue a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Is Sugar or Flavouring Added to Your Juice?

No. We never add crystal sugar, artificial colouring, or artificial flavours to any of our products. The only sweetener we use is pure Canadian maple syrup, sourced from local farmers.

What Gives the Autumn Berry Juice Its Ginger Flavour?

Fresh Jamaican ginger is used to flavour our Autumn (Olive) Berry Juice, giving it its rich, natural ginger taste.

Is Your Juice Organic?

Our juices are made from wild-harvested berries and grapes, picked directly from their natural growing environment rather than farmed or sprayed. While we aren't certified organic, our fruit grows wild and untouched, free from pesticides, fertilizers, or artificial treatment of any kind.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders typically ship within 5 business days of payment being received (within Canada), with delivery times varying based on your location.

Do You Ship Outside Canada?

How Should I Store the Juice Once It Arrives?

Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the juice and enjoying it within a few days for the best taste and freshness.
