How do I place an order?

​To place an order is very simple. Select the menu SHOP and then click on the product you would like to buy, then select the quantity of the item you've chosen. A minimum order is one box which contains 24 x 300 ml bottles. Click on ADD TO CART. If you've completed your shopping then select VIEW MY CART and proceed to CHECKOUT which will take you to your payment options.

Payment and Shipping

​Payments must be received before shipment is made. Cost of shipping is determined by the location of the order point.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Ordering through our online system is faster and easier to fill and to track. However ordering can be made via email to order@BerryBotanical.com. Payments can be made via Matercard / Visa , Square or by PayPal. Canadians living in Canada can also pay via money order or by email transfer.​

 

Returns & Refunds

In case of damaged or spoiled goods, the products can be returned at

our cost and a full refund minus the cost of shipping will be refunded.

Sugar & Flavouring Content

No Crystal Sugar, artificial colouring or flavours are added to

any of these products. Pure Canadian Maple Syrup from local

farmers is the only added sweetener used.

Ginger Flavour

Fresh Jamaican Ginger is used to flavour the Autumn (Olive) Berry Juice,
to give it it's rich gingery flavour.
