Wild Canadian Grape Juice

Wild grapes grow like regular commercial grapes but are much smaller in size. They have a tangy taste, and the young leaves can be used in salads for added nutrients and variety.

Wild Grape Juice Benefits

Wild grape juice is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B, resveratrol (also found in tomatoes), antioxidants, and other trace minerals the body needs. Drinking wild grape juice regularly may help increase blood count, strengthen and enrich the blood, and support the body's natural alkalinity.

How to Use Wild Grape Juice

Because of its high iron content, we recommend that men drink wild grape juice in moderation, around 2 to 3 times per week. Women, on the other hand, can benefit from daily consumption, especially to help offset iron loss during their monthly cycle.
